She did schooling from Nikhil Shyama DAV Public School, Sitamarhi, Bihar. She always wanted to be a Playback singer and also done various stage performances in schools and colleges. She came into limelight when she became the runner-up in a Bhojpuri Singing Competition in 2016. Shivani Bhatia was known for singing remix songs like “Dil ko Tumse Pyaar Hua”, “Shagan ” and “Neele Neele Ambar Par”.

She died in a car accident while she was traveling to Agra to attend a function with her husband “Nikhil Bhatia”. The accident took place near milestone 88 of Surir police jurisdiction. They were in i-20 car and the accident occurred when Shivani’s husband “Nikhil Bhatia” lost his control while attempted to overtake a high-speed car and crashed into a divider. Later, both were rushed to Niyati hospital in Mathura but Shivani lost her life in this accident, whereas her husband is still in a critical situation.
