Hasmukh Adhia Education:
He did Graduation & Masters in Commerce from Gujarat University and completed his one year Post Graduate Programme in Public Management and policy for Government and Non-Government Executives (PGP-PMP) from IIM (Indian Institute of Management), Bangalore. He also earned a Ph.D. in Yoga from Swami Vivekanand Yoga University in Bangalore.
Hasmukh Adhia Career:
He has served many positions in the Gujarat Government and Government of India. He was appointed as the Union Financial Services Secretary in November 2014.
On 1 September 2016, he was appointed as the Union Revenue Secretary by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).
In September 2017, Hasmukh Adhia was designated as the Finance Secretary after the retirement of Ashok Lavasa.
On 30th November 2018, Hasmukh Adhia retired from IAS and simultaneously resigned from the Offices of Revenue Secretary and Finance Secretary.
On 1 March 2019, he appointed as the Chairman of Bank of Baroda.
