Dilip Sarkar was a BJP Politician from Tripura. He won the 2018 Tripura election against the CPI (M) candidate Jharna Das from Badharghat seat.
Dilip Sarkar had won five times from Badharghat assembly constituency in Agartala.
He was one of the candidates who shifted from Indian National Congress to All India Trinamool Congress Party in 2016.
Due to some problems in All India Trinamool Congress Party, he finally joined BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) on August 2017.
