Pua Magasiva was a New Zealand actor and Radio Presenter, who is best know for his role as Shane Clarke, the Red Ranger from Power Rangers Ninja Storm, and Nurse Vinnie Kruse in New Zealand soap Shortland Street. He also served as co-hosts of New Zealand Radio Station “Flava”.
He is the younger brother of New Zeland Actor “Robbie Magasiva”. Robbie is the person who supported and inspired him to become an actor. In the initial stage, he had done many small roles with acting agencies. In 1999, he made a minor appearance on Shortland Street as Elvis Losef. He also done a television series named Aroha in 2001 and that series also went on to screen at the International Film Festival in Auckland.
In 2003, he made the leading roles in Power Rangers: Ninja Storm and Shortland Street. He also appeared in the horror movie named “30 days of Night” in 2007.
In 2009, Pua Magasiva made guest appearances in Diplomatic Immunity and Outrageous Fortune. Apart from television series and movies, Pua Magasiva also acted in theatre such as Two Days in Dream, Sex with Strangers, Where We Once Belonged.
