Amrita Rawat also known as Shri Amrita Mata Ji, is a former Minister of Uttarakhand State. She was born on 10 August 1958 in Ekeshwar, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
She is the wife of BJP leader and Spiritual Guru “Satpal Maharaj”, who organizes numerous Satsangs and gives pravachans to his followers.
On 31 May 2020, Amrita Rawat came into the news headline when she has tested positive for COVID-19. Her rest of the family also have been home quarantined at their residence.
