Moon Bin, professionally known as Moonbin, was a South Korean singer, actor, dancer, and model who worked under the Fantagio label. He was a member of the Astro boy band and its sub-unit Moonbin & Sanha.

Moon Bin Career:
He graduated from Hanlim Multi Art School, where he specialized in Practical Music. Moonbin made his debut as a child model and ulzzang in 2004 thanks to his mother’s influence. His first known appearance was in TVXQ’s music video for “Balloons” in 2006, where he played a mini U-Know Yunho.
He made his acting debut in the Korean drama Boys over Flowers in 2009, playing the younger version of Kim Bum’s character.
Moonbin made his debut as a member of the six-member boy group Astro on February 23, 2016.
Moonbin was announced as a part of The Ultimate Watchlist of Latest Trends for the first two seasons on September 7, 2018.
Moonbin was confirmed to have been cast in Moments of Eighteen, where he played Jung Oh-je, on January 17, 2019.
Moonbin appeared in a Vlive broadcast with the other Astro members on February 14, 2020, bringing his hiatus to an end.
Moonbin, his bandmate Yoon San-ha, and Verivery’s Kangmin were announced as the new hosts of the Korean music show Show Champion on March 4, 2020.
He was confirmed to play the lead role in the web drama The Mermaid Prince on March 12, 2020, a role he reprised for a second season.
Moonbin will join the eco-friendly cooking show Food Avengers on May 26, 2020. Moonbin was announced as one of the fashion models for the brand “Nerdy Cafe” in September 2020.
On September 3, 2021, Neikidnis announced that Moonbin had been chosen as their first muse. Moonbin was announced as a cast member for the second season of Coupang Play’s Saturday Night Live Korea on December 22, 2021.

Moon Bin Death:
Moonbin was found dead at his home in Seoul’s Gangnam district on the evening of April 19, 2023. On 20 April 2023, Gangnam Police told CNN that “no signs of foul play have been found related to this case.”
