Ajay Bhatt is an Indian Politician and the President of BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) in Uttarakhand. He has also served as Health Minister of Uttarakhand when the state was formed.
Earlier, he started his career as a Lawyer in the Ranikhet Court. He was the member of the RSS and was first elected to the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly in 1996 from Ranikhet seat. After the Uttarakhand State was formed, he elected again as an MLA from Ranikhet Constituency in 2002 and 2012.
He is going to contest 2019 Lok Sabha Election from Nainital-Udhamsingh Nagar seat.
