Ankit Sharma was an Intelligence Bureau officer. On 26 February 2020, his body found dead in a drain of Delhi’s Chand Bagh area. Ankit Sharma was attacked by a mob at the Chand Bagh Bridge and beaten to death.

As per the eyewitnesses, Muslim mob dragged Ankit Sharma inside the AAP Party Corporator “Mohammed Tahir Hussain” house before death.
