Das Ka Dhamki is scheduled to release in its original Telugu version on March 22, 2023. The film was originally scheduled to be released on February 17, 2023, but it was later postponed due to visual effects delays. After debuting in Telugu, the film will be released in other languages.

Krishna Das and Sanjay Rudra are identical twins. Krishna Das is a waiter at a five-star hotel in Hyderabad, while Sanjay Rudra is a rich but kind-hearted doctor, who owns the pharmaceutical company, “SR Pharma Life”. Sanjay is working on a cancer cure in order to realise his dream of a cancer-free world. When Sanjay mysteriously dies in a car accident, Krishna is tasked with taking over the company and Sanjay’s family for ten days. This confuses and pleases Krishna because he can live a wealthy life and impresses his girlfriend Keerthi for a short time.
Krishna, on the other hand, decides to investigate the accident and concludes that Sanjay’s death is connected to a ten-thousand-crore dispute between Sanjay and Dhanunjay, a business magnate.
