Manoj Mukund Naravane Education:
He did schooling from Jnana Prabodhini Prashala, Pune. He is an alumnus of NDA, Pune and IMA Dehradun & also earned a Master’s degree in Defence Studies from the University of Madras, Chennai. He also holds an M.Phil. in Defence and Management Studies from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.
Manoj Mukund Naravane Career:
He started his career with the 7th Sikh Light Infantry in 1980. In his 39 years of service, he has taken many responsibilities in numerous regiments. During his career, he commanded the Rashtriya Rifles in Jammu and Kashmir, the Assam Rifles in Northeast India.
On 1 December 2017, he was appointed as the 20th General Officer Commander-in-Chief of the Army Training Command in Shimla.
He was appointed as the General Officer Commander-in-Chief of the Eastern Command.
On 1 September 2019, he was appointed as the Vice Chief of Army Staff.
