Nikhil Patel traveled to the United States of America in 2001 to work for Capari Group Inc., an Italian beverage firm based in New York. He began as the Director of Strategy and Development and rose to the position of Managing Partner. He advised and negotiated arrangements with well-known hotel firms such as IHG, Choice Hotels International, Inc., and Best Western.
