Quentin Pongia was a New Zealand Rugby League player who represented his country from 1990 to 2000. He began his career with Riccarton Knights Rugby League Football Club in the Canterbury Rugby League competition. He played 18 Games for the New Zealand Warriors in 1998 and 137 NRL games in total with stints at the Canberra Raiders, Sydney Roosters and St George Dragons.
He also played Rugby League World Cup 1995. In 2004, he ended his career in England for Wigan Warriors.
