Rohit Jawa Education:
He did Bsc at St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, and completed his MBA in Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi. He also earned Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
Rohit Jawa Career:
In 2010, he was the founding Secretary of the Food Industry Asia in Singapore, and in 2015-16, he co-chaired the ‘Grow Asia Philippines’ initiative with the Secretary of Agriculture of the Philippines.
He also had the honour of receiving the ‘CEO Excel Award for 2015 by the Philippines chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators for leadership in business communication. In addition, Unilever Philippines received the top global ‘Compass Award’ in 2015.

On 10 March 2023, HUL announced that Rohit Jawa will take over as the new Managing Director & CEO of HUL from June 23, 2023.
Sanjiv Mehta will retire from HUL after a ‘transformational’ ten-year tenure as CEO, according to the company. “Jawa, 56, is currently the Chief of Transformation for Unilever in London, where he has successfully orchestrated Unilever’s once-in-a-decade, end-to-end transformation since January 2022. In 1988, he began his career with HUL as a management trainee.
