Bikaji Foods International's Rs 881 crore initial public offering (IPO) will be accessible from November 3–7, 2022

It trades between Rs 285 and 300 per share 

Against the 2,06,36,790 shares that were offered, it got bids for a total of 44,26,750 shares on both stock markets 

The IPO consists solely of a promoter and existing shareholder offer to sell 29,373,984 equity shares 

Both of the promoters, Shiv Ratan Agarwal and Deepak Agarwal, who intend to sell up to 25 lakh shares apiece, are listed as selling shareholders 

Bikaji Foods International is India's third-largest manufacturer of ethnic snacks 

The company stated that with yearly production of 29,380 tonnes in Fiscal 2022, they were the largest producer of Bikaneri bhujia 

The company is a top producer of packaged rasgulla, soan papdi, and gulab jamun in addition to snacks
