Two controversial lists on an ABC news presenter’s personal Twitter account have landed her in hot water, with some critics claiming they reveal an anti-Labor bias.
A popular ABC host has been chastised for posting two controversial lists on her personal Twitter account, referring to critics as “Labor Trolls/Thugs” and “Lobotomized sh**heads.”
The lists of ABC Breakfast News host Fauziah Ibrahim were discovered on Saturday afternoon, prompting a quick online outcry against the journalist.
Angry social media users who were included in the two lists – which were made public on Ms. Ibrahim’s account – accused her of being anti-Labor.
Others speculated that her account had been hacked, but she has not confirmed this.
An ABC spokeswoman said“This is a private Twitter account, not an ABC account"
Acc. to ABC, we are investigating what has occurred,” an ABC spokeswoman she was asked whether the lists could be in breach of social media guidelines.
