With Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 now in theatres and receiving critical and audience acclaim
Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe may be wondering if the superhero Peter Quill/Star-Lord will return for a possible Guardians of the Galaxy 4 sequel
Chris Pratt has had a tremendously successful career, most recently with the box office success of The Super Mario Bros
The final title card in the new Guardians of the Galaxy film reads, "Star-Lord Will Return"
This continues an MCU trend in which we see a title card indicating whether or not we'll see our favourite heroes again
There are no official plans for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 4 at this time
But that doesn't mean we won't see any of our favourite characters again. The return of Star-Lord has been confirmed
And there's always the chance to see more familiar faces down the road
