Kapil Mishra is an Indian Politician from Bharatiya Janata Party. He is a former MLA from Karawal Nagar, Delhi and won the 2015 Delhi Assembly Elections as AAP candidate by defeating his rival BJP candidate Mohan Singh Bisht.
He appointed as a Water Resource Minister in AAP Party but later Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal removed him from his ministry after he accused Arvind Kejriwal of corruption along with Satyendra Jain. He was disqualified from the Legislative Assembly under Anti Defection law on 02 August 2019.
Kapil Mishra Joined Bharatiya Janata Party on 17 August 2019.
He was one of the people who protest against Commonwealth Games 2010 and also written a book “It’s Common v/s Wealth” where he highlighted the various scams & concerns related to Commonwealth Games 2010.
