He launched his “King Rocco” YouTube channel in 2012, and in 2015, he posted his first video, “Boombass.” In 2019, he was awarded a silver play button for his YouTube channel. He released his debut music album, “Circumstances,” on October 5, 2018. The album’s songs include “She Know,” “Red Dirt State,” “The Divison,” and “Clearly By Now,” among others.
He worked for the government before pursuing a career as a professional singer and rapper. He performed a screening for the MTV Hustle TV reality show in 2019. He submitted his digital audition and his rap videos to MTV Hustle producers. The renowned Indian rappers Raftaar, Raja Kumari, Nucleya, and Naezy judged the final audition round, where he was chosen. King became the first participant to reach the Top 15 with his performance of the song “Mai Khoya Rahu” during the audition round. He was one of the top five competitors on the show.
