Vladimir Shmondenko (Anatoly) Career:
Vladimir began his fitness journey when he was in his early teenage years. Vladimir began his Powerlifting career in 2016. He completed his first Powerlifting competition in 2017 and then uploaded the video to YouTube.
He finished third in the Ukraine Championships in 2018. During the championship, he made his first attempt at 140 kg, which was unfortunately the only one that was successful.
He won another competition in Kyiv, Ukraine, in 2019. He was hitting a new PR of 245 kg at the time.
