Dr. Fariha Bugti is an FSP (equivalent to India’s IFS) Officer. She is the director of India Division in the Foreign Office (counterpart of India’s Ministry of External Affairs). She is the one who is handling the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav, who is in Pak captivity also present during the meeting between Kulbhushan Jadhav, his wife and mother in Islamabad.
She came into limelight when some social media users claimed that she is a wife of Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman and that news also went viral on the internet. In the pictures, she has seen with Abhinandan while he walked towards for India at the Attari-Wagah Border.
