Kim Chi-ha was a South Korean poet and playwriter. He was born on 04 February 1941 in Mokpo, Jeollanam-do. Kim first came to attention in the 1970s when, under the Anti-Communist act, he was arrested for his poem Five Bandits. The poem says nothing about communism or North Korea.
