Neal Casal was an American Guitarist, Singer, Songwriter and Photographer. He was the Guitarist with Circles Around the Sun and Chris Robinson Brotherhood.
Neal Casal began his career in the early 1990s with Zoo Entertainment and released his first solo album named “Fade Away Diamond Time”.
In 1998, his record “Basement Dreams” was named as Americana Album of the year by Mojo Magazine.
From 1988 to 1993, he was a lead Guitarist with Rickey Medlocke’s Blackfoot.
From 2005 to 2009, he was a known member of the Ryan Adams’ backing band the Cardinals.
In 2015, Neal Casal started work with Circles Around the Sun with Adam MacDougall, Mark Levy and Dan Horne.
He had also performed at LOCKN’ Festival in Arrington, Virginia.
He had last seen been with performing with The Skiffle Players along with Cass McCombs and Aaron Sperske.
